Processing credit cards - We use PayPal to process most of our transactions. PayPal is a company that enables us to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online.

For customers located within the Ottawa region Simply 4 Paws is pleased to offer the ability to accept cash on delivery (C.O.D) as an additional safe and easy method of payment upon checking out. To process a cash order please place your order online and select the option to pay by 'cash on delivery' or you may also email us your order through our contact us page, and include your shipping address and phone number. You will be contacted once your order has been processed to arrange a time that is convenient to ship your order directly to you. Canceling orders – The process of shipping your orders begins instantly! As soon as you complete your order the process of shipping your package begins and it is, therefore, not possible to change your order online. If you still wish to attempt to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away through our contact us page as there still may be an opportunity to change or cancel your order. Please keep in mind that if your order has already entered the shipping process, then it is not possible to change or cancel your order. Sales Tax – Simply 4 Paws is required by law to charge all applicable provincial sales tax to customers within the province of Ontario and all applicable federal taxes to customers within Canada.
Return Policy – We’ve researched and found what we believe are to be some of the highest quality products for your pets. We are committed to our line of products and hope your pets will love and enjoy them just as much as ours do. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your product to us within 20 days (no exceptions) from the ship date and we will exchange or refund your product minus any shipping and handling costs. Please note, that we cannot accept damaged or soiled items and we do reserve the right to refuse any returned item at our discretion. When returning a product please securely pack the returning merchandise to protect it from any damage from shipping and include a copy of your original receipt along with the reason for your return. Simply 4 Paws cannot be responsible for packages that may be lost or damaged during return shipping. Estimated shipping charges may be seen anytime through the shopping cart and check out process. Your choice of shipping will appear in the box labeled ‘shipping’ during your process of checking out. Shipping charges are based on the total weight, dimension & location. Shipping within Ottawa Region – FREE delivery to all customers within the Ottawa region. Your package will be personally delivered by us to help reduce on carbon emissions. Customers will have the convenience and satisfaction in knowing that their orders will typically ship within 24 hours from the time they place their order (Mon-Fri, minus holidays). To find out if you qualify for free shipping, select "estimate shipping" after you've added a product to your shopping cart. You may also contact us by sending a message with your shipping request to see if FREE shipping is available in your area. For special orders, such as the Organic Bumper Dog beds please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Alternative local shipping and long distance shipping within Canada – Those living within the Ottawa region and throughout Canada will have the option to choose their method of shipping offered through Canada Post. Orders will typically arrive within 2-10 business days after our shipping notification depending on selected method of shipping and location. Tips to getting it faster! Items out of stock – If any ‘regularly stocked’ items are out of stock your order will usually ship within 7-14 business days. We typically wait until your order is complete before shipping it out to you. However, if you wish to receive what is in stock right away please contact us as it may be possible to arrange to have your partial order shipped out to you immediately and have your remaining items follow at a later date. Occasionally, popular items become unavailable after your order is placed as sometimes our system is processing more than one order at a time. In the event this should happen we will contact you via email immediately to let you know and will make every attempt to get your shipment out to you as soon as possible.
International Shipment (including the United States) - sorry, we are unable to send international orders at this time. Please note that some items may arrive in separate shipments. Unfortunately no weekend or holiday delivery is available. Sorry we do not ship to PO boxes. You must provide us with a valid residential or business address in order for us to ship your order.
