You acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy. In consideration of your use of and access to this Internet site (and the promises and obligations herein, and intending to be legally bound, you and Simply 4 Paws hereby agree as follows: Your access to and use of the Simply 4 Paws site is subject to these Terms, as well as any modifications issued by Simply 4 Paws to these Terms, and all applicable laws and regulations. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO AND WILL BE DEEMED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not want to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Simply 4 Paws site. These Terms are effective until terminated by Simply 4 Paws. Simply 4 Paws may terminate these Terms without notice and at any time. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access Simply 4 Paws and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to the Content, and the disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms shall survive termination. Simply 4 Paws shall also have the right without notice and at any time to terminate Simply 4 Paws or any portion thereof, or any products or services offered through Simply 4 Paws, or to terminate any individual's right to access or use Simply 4 Paws or any portion thereof.

Limitations Regarding Information, Articles and Advise

Simply 4 Paws offers articles, information, links to third party sites and advice for educational purposes only. Any information offered is never intended to diagnose, treat, or cure your pet, and should never be used to substitute veterinary care. For any medical or health related advice concerning the care and treatment of your pet contact your regular veterinarian or animal hospital.

Contributions and Submissions

Simply 4 Paws welcomes all ideas, comments, inquiries, suggestions, feedback, links, text, photos, stories, articles, names etc., (“Material”). By submitting any solicited or unsolicited Material, you grant Simply 4 Paws an irrevocable, royalty-free, unrestricted license to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display and distribute any Material for any purpose. We may at our discretion decline any inappropriate or unsolicited Material. By submitting Material, you agree that you are the sole owner, copyright holder and that it does infringe any intellectual property rights of any individual or entity. You also agree that it does not constitute or contain software viruses. You may not use a false e-mail address, or impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead us as to the origin of any Material. You agree to indemnify us for all claims arising from your claims to any rights in any Material.

Prices and Orders

All prices displayed on Simply 4 Paws are quoted in Canadian dollars. Simply 4 Paws may restrict delivery to addresses within the Canada. Simply 4 Paws will add shipping and handling fees and all applicable sales and taxes. Simply 4 Paws reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered on Simply 4 Paws without incurring any obligation to you. Descriptions of, or references to, products or services on Simply 4 Paws do not imply endorsement of that product or service, or constitute a warranty by Simply 4 Paws. The receipt of an order confirmation you receive does not constitute Simply 4 Paws acceptance of an order. Prior to Simply 4 Paws acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to supplier pricing information or typographical error, Simply 4 Paws shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Simply 4 Paws shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Paying for Your Order

Most orders are paid using Pay Pal and will be debited at the time orders are placed. Payment processing and how your credit/debit card or checking account is charged is at the sole discretion of Pay Pal.

The ability to pay cash is available for customers located within the Ottawa region.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Simply 4 Paws purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased on Simply 4 Paws, simply return the item within 20 days of receipt for exchange or full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees). Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. After 20 days, all returns, replacements, service, and support must be handled directly between you and the manufacturer. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, and hold harmless Simply 4 Paws, Simply 4 Paws vendors, and their affiliates and related entities and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs), arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your access to or use of Simply 4 Paws.

Disputes

Any dispute regarding the Simply 4 Paws website, your rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Canada.
