Shipping Charges

Estimated shipping charges may be seen anytime through the shopping cart and check out process. Your choice of shipping will appear in the box labeled ‘shipping’ during your process of checking out. Shipping charges are based on the total weight, dimension & location.

Shipping within Ottawa Region – FREE delivery to all customers within the Ottawa region. Your package will be personally delivered by us to help reduce on carbon emissions. Customers will have the convenience and satisfaction in knowing that their orders will typically ship within 24 hours from the time they place their order (Mon-Fri, minus holidays).

For special orders such as the Organic Bumper dog Beds please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.

Alternative local shipping and long distance shipping within Canada – customers within the Ottawa region and those living throughout Canada will have the option to choose their method of shipping offered through Canada Post. Orders will typically arrive within 2-14 business days after our shipping notification depending on selected method of shipping.

Tips to getting it faster!
Canada Post - Place your order Monday through Friday before 11:00 a.m. EST as many orders will often ship that same day.

Items out of stock – If any ‘regularly stocked’ items are out of stock your order will usually ship within 7-14 business days. We typically wait until your order is complete before shipping it out to you. However, if you wish to receive what is in stock right away please contact us as it may be possible to arrange to have your partial order shipped out to you immediately and have your remaining items follow at a later date. Occasionally, popular items become unavailable after your order is placed as sometimes our computer system is processing more than one order at a time. In the event this should happen we will contact you via email immediately to let you know and will make every attempt to get your shipment out to you as soon as possible.
